Whether you're a first time rider or an experienced equestrian looking to enhance your horsemanship and horse communication skills, our individualized instruction will help you to achieve your goals. Our program emphasizes the very best in safety, horsemanship, and good sportsmanship.

Arroyo Canyon Riders proudly offers riding lessons in the disciplines of Western and Hunt Seat. We meet the rider right where they are in experience, and prioritize the learning of proper handling, groomings, car,e, and etiquette of horse riding. Our incredible students have gone on to ride competitively, collegiate level, and some have even used their lessons to land movie rolls!
Lessons are by appointment only,
Monday through Wednesday and Friday through Saturday.

After the initial lessons, riders will learn to groom and tack the lesson horse. At that time riders will be expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lesson.
Long pants and close-toed shoes are required riding apparel.
A riding helmet will be supplied by the stable for first lesson. Face masks must be worn at all times while on campus.
If the rider plans to continue with lessons, they are required to purchase riding boots, pants, and helmet.
